Peel and slice your pineapple.
Cut each slice in half. Use a peeler or julienne shredder to cut fine strips of carrot.
Place a pineapple half flat side down on a plate. Use two pomegranate pips to make eyes, one pomegranate pip for the nose, and arrange the carrot to make a tail.
These didn’t last very long. The girls love pineapple and Angie discovered a taste for pomegranates – and promptly ate half the tub.
