This week we learned the letter Q and the sight word ‘am’. (Reading the Alphabet – Q. Learning the Alphabet – Q.)

We did the number four with Romping, Roaring Numbers.

We continued reading in Genesis with Bible Road Trip. We read about the tower of Babel, Abraham and Sarah, the birth of Isaac and God’s promise to Abraham, and Isaac’s marriage to Rebekah.

I am impressed by how well the girls are learning their verses. Emmy likes to say them with me, and Angie insists on saying them by herself. They struggle a bit with the references, but they have no problems with the verses themselves. (Their memories are better than mine!)
