Copywork is not Angie’s favourite part of school, but it’s something she does every day. Now that we’re following Charlotte Mason’s suggestion of limiting copywork to five minutes a day, focusing on perfect letters rather than trying to finish a sentence or paragraph, Angie’s attitude (and Mom’s patience!) has improved. She has an A5 notebook for her copywork. I draw a pink line halfway between each line and write out what I want her to copy – usually a selection from our hymn of the week. But with Valentine’s Day coming up, I wanted to do something different.
As my Valentine’s gift to you, I’ve compiled two sets of Valentine’s themed copywork printables. The first is a ten-page set of Scripture verses. The second is a ten-page set of quotes about love.
Feel free to use them in your homeschool or classroom, but I ask that if you want to share, rather direct people back to this page so that they can download their own copies.
